一台即可測量空氣／氮／氬／二氧化碳／混合氣體，也備有氧氣專用的模組(禁油規格)。
共備有JXR接頭、雙卡套式接頭兩種選擇。
若選擇感測器與針閥一體式設計的機種，則可更進一步節省安裝空間。
【樹脂本體型】
接頭共有L型快接頭、直型快接頭、L型鎖入式接頭、直型鎖入式接頭4種可選。
可直接與2口閥連接，幫助節省安裝空間；若選擇感測器與真閥一體式設計的機種，則可以節省更多空間。

流路重新設計後，FSM3能比既有產品減少最多50%的壓力損失。
流體的流動方向可從以下3種中任意設定：順向、雙向、逆向。

2-port valves can be connected directly, contributing to further space savings.

By the redesigning of the circuitry, a reduction of up to 50% in pressure loss has been achieved compared with conventional products.
The flow direction can be arbitrarily set from 3 directions, forward, bidirectional and reverse.
