協力升降系統 Lift Assist
Staccato Technologies的起重輔助方案採用其專利的 FPU（Flexible Positioning Unit）彈性定位單元，可對氣動致動器進行精準控制。運用於升降應用時，FPU透過強大的行為調校軟體並結合高速內建閥體反應，打造出高度靈敏的升降解決方案，使標準氣動致動器即可升級為具彈性的協力升降輔具。
內建壓力感測器可即時確認負載重量與力量需求，確保使用過程的安全性與性能表現。相較於一般以調壓器與閥件組合的傳統方案，Staccato的升降方案具備多項優勢：
- 自動偵測負載掉落，並立即停止致動器，避免危險動作發生。
- 可在負載變化的情況下鎖定位置，例如倒空桶槽或容器時。
- 可於動作過程即時調整負載補償，讓重量呈現「零重量」操作效果。
- 可移動至多個固定或變動位置，簡化上架／下架等作業。
- 可設定禁入區域（Forbidden Zones），避免非預期碰撞。
- 可針對高負載自動啟動減速功能，提升操作安全。

The lift assist solution from Staccato Technologies is based on the patented Flexible Positioning Unit, FPU which is used to control pneumatic actuators. When used in lift assist applications, it uses powerful software for tuning behavior and takes full advantage of the speed of the internal valves to create a responsive solution. It can be used to turn standard pneumatic actuators to flexible lifting aids. The built-in pressure sensors are used to confirm weight and force requirements. Staccatos solutions have several advantages compared with commonly used, regulator & valve-based solutions:
- Dropped load is automatically identified, actuator is stopped so dangerous movements are avoided.
- Position can be locked also with changing loads, such as when emptying barrels or containers.
- Changes in load can be done on the fly, making loads weightless
- Movement can be done to multiple fixed or varied positions to simplify loading on or off shelves etc.
- Forbidden zones can be activated to avoid unwanted crashes.
- Automatic speed reduction can be activated with higher loads.
