概述

VOCs為化工、光電半導體等產業常見的製程副產物。VOCs產生後會進入周遭大氣環境，因此若無妥善收集攔截，便會逸散至周遭環境而造成污染。

VOCs處理系統主要以風量、VOCs組成、濃度等參數為設計與選型依據。

技術架構 ｜VOCs處理程序流程

本公司VOCs處理技術主要透過低溫觸媒燃燒法，將VOCs氧化轉為燃燒最終產物二氧化碳與水

兩大核心單元

◎ 吸附單元

用途：濃縮VOCs，通常針對低濃度(ex: <1,000ppmw)來源氣。單位氣量所含VOCs濃度較低時，燃燒後放熱量可能無法支撐觸媒燃燒所需之工作溫度，使系統必須持續對觸媒燃燒單元加熱，造成高能源成本支出。若來源氣中VOCs濃度較高，可使觸媒燃燒程序透過VOCs燃燒放熱持溫不墜，則能省略吸附程序。
效果：吸附飽和後透過熱風脫附程序，可使脫附風中濃度提升至少10倍以上。
其他重要技術特徵：

◆ 適用來源VOCs濃度範圍：> 10ppm

◆ 脫附再生溫度：<180℃

◆ 吸附飽和時間：依來源VOCs濃度、組成與氣量等條件而定。

◎ 觸媒燃燒單元

用途：在工作溫度(通常為180℃以上)下將VOCs分子氧化，轉為燃燒最終產物二氧化碳與水後排放，氧化釋放的熱能同時支撐觸媒單元工作溫度。
效果：氧化分解VOCs，通常削減率≧98％
其他重要技術特徵：電熱加熱, 配備熱回收機構減少能耗。

運作方式

吸附：來源氣經吸附塔淨化後排放至大氣，吸附飽和後切換至下一吸附塔維持淨化作業。
脫附：啟動熱風脫附機構對飽和之吸附塔進行再生，脫附之VOCs進入觸媒塔氧化分解後排放至大氣。
冷卻：啟動冷卻機構降低再生後吸附塔溫度，以進行下一輪吸附。
