Mission

• Establish a communication platform for companies in semiconductor, display, optoelectronics, green energy, smart manufacturing, AI, testing/measurement, automation, and robotics, connecting industry, government, academia, and research sectors.
• Enhance interaction among peers and provide members with industry information to improve competitiveness.
• Strengthen member services and networking activities to foster unity and mutual growth.
• Promote R&D, business cooperation, and academia–industry collaboration in semiconductor, display, optoelectronics, green energy, smart manufacturing, AI, testing/measurement, automation, and robotics, and organize exhibitions, training, seminars, and conferences.
• Promote cross-strait exchanges in the electronic equipment industry and help companies develop cross-strait business opportunities.

Industrial Services in Cooperation with Government

• Assist the government in promoting technology projects, proactively form R&D alliances among member companies to develop new products, and consolidate government information so members can better utilize public resources.
• Co-organize industry conferences and activities aligned with government development plans, invite authorities to hold forums on industry development, and promptly convey industry needs and suggestions, actively seeking government support through events such as round-tables, networking sessions, technical seminars, vision forums, and R&D financing briefings.
• Industry survey and analysis reports: to consolidate technological capabilities, better understand members’ production status, and avoid duplicate investment, the association regularly surveys the development of equipment for optoelectronics, semiconductors, displays, LED, solar, and other industries in Taiwan, providing key reference data for government and R&D organizations.

Organize industry forums, technical seminars, business matchmaking events, and networking activities.

• Invite experts from optoelectronics, semiconductors, displays, LED, solar, touch panels, and related fields to share insights and interact with members, using forums and networking events (such as golf gatherings) to help members expand business opportunities.
• Regularly hold golf tournaments to promote member networking and enhance industry image, and collaborate with other associations on cross-sector events to strengthen industry links.
