Jet Technology was founded in 1988, becoming Taiwan's first manufacturer to develop an In-Circuit Tester (ICT) for circuit boards. This innovation helped the burgeoning IT industry at the time solve the problem of quality control in mass production. Since then, Jet Technology has been closely linked with the PCBA assembly and manufacturing industry. For over thirty years, Jet Technology has been committed to solving the challenge of 100% quality control on SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) production lines. This process begins with the quality of solder paste printing. Jet Technology provides a high-precision 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machine to ensure the quality of the solder paste print. Next is the 2D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) before the reflow oven, which verifies the correctness of component placement. Following this is the 3D AOI after the oven, which checks and guarantees the quality of the soldering, ensuring the SMT product is complete and flawless. Finally, after the DIP (Dual In-line Package) plug-in and solder furnace processes, Jet Technology offers a dynamic In-Circuit Tester (ICT/ATE), which uses electrical testing to verify the assembly quality and correctness of every single electronic component.
