Hitachi High-Tech Taiwan Corporation was established in 2005 as a local subsidiary, building upon the legacy of its predecessor, the Taipei Branch of Nissetsu Industries Co., Ltd., which entered the Taiwan market in 1970. Since then, the company has grown through the strong support of numerous partners in Taiwan, consistently providing cutting-edge technologies and services to the electronics, semiconductor, electrical engineering, and power industries.
Today, while selling and servicing our semiconductor manufacturing equipment, we also provide Taiwanese partners with “cutting-edge materials, components, devices, and solutions” developed in Japan for commercial products. Furthermore, leveraging the global network of the Hitachi Advanced Technologies Group, we widely supply outstanding “cutting-edge materials, components, and devices” developed in Taiwan to overseas markets.
Our company specializes in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment for the semiconductor, LCD panel, and battery energy industries, playing a vital role in the high-tech supply chain. We are a trusted partner to leading domestic and international corporations, including TSMC, Micron, AUO, and Innolux.
With a solid foundation built on years of collaboration with major Japanese firms, we uphold the core values of safety, discipline, technical excellence, and service. These principles have driven our growth and established our reputation as a leader in the industry.
Founded in 1984, our company initially focused on the trading of chemicals and plastics.
Subsequently, we expanded our business to include mixing and processing machines for materials such as plastics, rubber, and resins.
Two years later, at the invitation of a former plastics manufacturer, we traveled to Taiwan to discuss the development of their new polycrystalline silicon product. Since then, we have gradually focused on:
Semiconductor and optoelectronic materials (silicon wafers), raw materials (chemicals).
Skimmable parts (chemical pumps, valves, fittings, quartz parts, MFCs, etc.).
Units (hot acid circulating filtration systems, cassette cleaners, spin dryers, IPA dryers, ozone generators, mega-sonic systems, etc.).
Design, piping, and wiring for automated chemical supply systems (CDS), water, gas, chemical, electricity, wastewater, waste acid discharge, and chemical recycling.
Furthermore, we provide process equipment such as chemical benches, spin processors, UV cures, etc.
Various testing equipment, such as critical size spectrophotometers, electron microscopes (C.D.SEM), and chemical concentration systems.
