A-TECH was established in 1995 by senior researchers from the Industrial Technology Research Institute, has nearly 30 years of deep expertise in key automation technologies. We have long been dedicated to automatic control systems and electromechanical integration, including hardware and software module development. With extensive experience in equipment design and system integration, A-TECH also excels in high-precision laser repair technologies, enabling accurate restoration of micro-defects in various advanced materials. These solutions have been widely adopted in the semiconductor and optoelectronics industries. Driven by intelligent innovation, we continue to integrate cross-disciplinary expertise to deliver efficient, precise, and market-competitive equipment solutions—paving the way toward a new era of smart manufacturing and biotech convergence.

In June 2004, RI-FU Seiko was established as a joint venture between Japan’s PHOENIX Seiko and a Taiwanese corporation. The company specializes in precision engineering plastic components, complete equipment coating, and piping engineering services. In 2019, the EFC Group – Higashino Seiki acquired Nihon Fuku Seiko, implementing a full ERP operational environment and establishing integrated services across the group.

Precision Power is a precision processing manufacturer of metals, non-metals, and precious metals. It is also a designated supplier of key modules for the world's top three semiconductor equipment manufacturers. Our company boasts a comprehensive production line, encompassing all processes, from material import and export, processing and manufacturing, quality control, testing, cleaning, and packaging, all completed in-house, along with a Class 1000 clean room. Our signature products include ultra-high vacuum chambers (stainless steel & titanium brazing, with leak detection values up to 1E-12mBarL/s), and precision-tolerance components for various semiconductor devices, made of materials such as molybdenum, beryllium copper, and titanium.

Founded in 2013, Taiwan Electron Microscope Instrument Corporation (TEMIC) is the only one electron microscope vendor in Taiwan. In 2017, it won the capital injection from Hermes-Epitek, the pioneer of semiconductor equipment tech services. In 2018, it officially entered the Hsinchu Science Park, established the R&D Pilot Production and Exhibition Service Center, started a new wave of company reengineering, and officially transformed the target market to industrial customers, focusing on solving the special analysis problems request by the industry.
